Deborah Hickok, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), founded the company in March 2000. Her leadership team provides the expertise to ensure projected growth can be managed effectively. Other members of the leadership team include Michael McFadden and vested partners, David Peace and Alan Lane.

Deborah Hickok, AAP: President of ACH Commerce has over 20 years of business and credit management experience, with over 12 years devoted to the ACH industry. She was recently appointed to serve on the Consumer Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Board.  She is a member of the Tennessee and Georgia Automated Clearing Houses.  Her expertise gained recognition from the State of Tennessee's Banking Commissioner to the extent that they have engaged her to provide training for the State of Tennessee Bank Examiners.  She has conducted numerous educational ACH seminars throughout the country.  Deborah has held management positions for all areas of operations, marketing, product development and administration.

David H. Peace: Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) has over 25 years of business management experience within a variety of industries. He has successfully managed business operations for manufacturing, telecommunications, telemarketing and mass marketing companies. His sales and marketing experience resulted in the sale of a successful telecommunications company, which he founded and funded. Most recently he developed multiple warehouse properties for leasing. In addition to his solid successes in personal business ventures, David was an organizer of a local community bank and served as a member of the Board of Directors for its first three years of operation.

Alan Lane, AAP: Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) has over 22 years of business managment experience with technology as a major expertise. Alan's experience in computer system analysis, design, and development spans over 14 years. In addition, he has over 8 year focused on Business Process Re-engineering. Alan's expertise in systems includes database design and administration, data warehousing, application design and development, project management and ACH. The industries in which he has successfully demonstrated his expertise include Electric Utilities (TVA and Duke Power), the Department of Defense, financial services (GE Capital), manufacturing (Nissan), Internet merchants, and non-profit organizations. He holds a BS degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
